Evening - having trouble posting at the moment - can only seem to do so from laptop not PC !!!
Am off to Wales tomorrow, few days break then picking DS up from Uni as he will have finished his degree - thats 3 years gone quickly - and he could have done it in 2 as he has only had a maximumof 6hrs lectures a week !
Life sucks again at the moment - a young lad who i have known since he was 6 and who is my nephews best friend hung himself on Wednesday night - whole community is in total state of shock.
Will be good to get away -
Glad you enjoyed the do-nuts Hypno - enjoy your hour and a half on the treadmill !!!
Have a good week and see you all on Friday next week !!!0 -

Surfbabe that is awful about that lad. I do hope you enjoy your break away though - you certainly deserve it!
I did my 90 mins on the treadmill - so now feel perfectly entitled to slob on the sofa - I think I have offset one of the donuts at least!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. jtr, I think the harsh reality is that I have worked off just one of the trio!! It is scary to think how easy it is to consume such a vast amount of calories, compared to how long it takes to work them off! No wonder I was such a lardy bum!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes.
