It was one of those end-of-the-week emergencies, beanie. It really was very necessary, and I think it actually almost saved my life :D

I cracked and bought a chocolate swiss roll at Asda - I just *love* chocolate buttercream! Surely a muffin wasn't ten points on its own tho Hypno, they're not that cruel are they?

Short-bird I'll never be able to listen to that song without singing 'a muffin saved my life' again LOL.

I'm impressed with the 40 minutes on treadmill.

I dread to think how many ww points are in a 'proper Cornish pastie' and just how many I'll get through when I'm down there for 2 weeks - will have to walk many many miles to offset them - that's not including how many Cornish ice creams and cream teas I'll devour and thoroughly enjoy. Will drag all my WW cookery books, point finder and might even invest in a step measuring thingy when I get back. But first I'm going to enjoy my holiday.... did I mention I'm going to Cornwall........

Bet you'll have reached goal weight by the time I get back (wouldn't put it past you to have found a way to pay off the debt either - knowing how fast you can do these things Hypno) Take care - will probably need a weeks holiday just to catch up on here too once I'm back LOL
