milann - have a fab holiday!!

I think the muffin was 8 points, but I also had a hot sausage roll from Greggs, (it was someone's birthday at work, and they brought them in as a cake alternative) - which was 7 points. By the time I had added in my normal healthy breakfast of porridge, and my risotto for dinner, I was 10 points over - when you are only allowed 18 points a day, it doesn't take much to take you way over the top! Still, I recouped some, so that is fine!

Today I am meeting Pania for the day - we are off to a big horsey eventing thing. Sadly, I think the weather is going to be wet, so we will be digging out our wellies and brollies before we set off....ah well, it will be nice to catch up and I am sure we will have fun, whatever the weather!

I hope you all have a good day x

Short-bird I'll never be able to listen to that song without singing 'a muffin saved my life' again LOL.

I'm impressed with the 40 minutes on treadmill.

I dread to think how many ww points are in a 'proper Cornish pastie' and just how many I'll get through when I'm down there for 2 weeks - will have to walk many many miles to offset them - that's not including how many Cornish ice creams and cream teas I'll devour and thoroughly enjoy. Will drag all my WW cookery books, point finder and might even invest in a step measuring thingy when I get back. But first I'm going to enjoy my holiday.... did I mention I'm going to Cornwall........

Bet you'll have reached goal weight by the time I get back (wouldn't put it past you to have found a way to pay off the debt either - knowing how fast you can do these things Hypno) Take care - will probably need a weeks holiday just to catch up on here too once I'm back LOL

Get the step counter before you go... most of the tourist places are down in the harbour and most accommodation at the top of hills so getting home can be really hard work! I would recommend a cuppa in the Tate St Ives as you can look over the harbour and watch the surfers. Oh, and there was a very friendly cat at the Barbara Hepworth museum ... but that was a few years ago, the cat may have gone to the Great Litterbox In The Sky by now.

Evening! Have had a lovely day with P, it rained for most of it, but I was armed with a big umbrella so we survived. We were very good spendswise, although foodwise not so good and each scoffed three donuts, which according to WW was 12 points gone in about as many minutes.....sadly will take more than 12 mins on the treadmill to offset!

P is well, was nice to catch up properly as it is ages since we have done so.

Now home, and have put the heating on as it is so cold! What a constrast to last weekend! I may get on the treadmill shortly to not only offset some of those donut points, but to get warm!!
