play.com - are they reputable?

I can't rate Play.com highly enough. They are very efficient. I've bouth loads off them over the last few years and never had any problems. My brother once had a problem but he returned the item, got a replacement and his packaging costs refunded. Can't rate them highly enough.

I love play.com, ive ordered cds and dvds, and sometimes ive even had them delivered before their release date!!!! My children were most impressed to get Shrek2 on the Saturday, when it wasnt in the shops til the monday!!!!!

also something some users might not know is that you can order from the USA(based in canada more tax dodging there as well) site and get the DVD's in about the same time(4-5 days i find....) which is think is pretty good, then just copied them with dvd shrink to remove region coding ;-)

means you can get lost and whatever else alot quicker and none of that two part box rubbish lol

We also have had no problems with Play. Infact the only company we have ever had problems with were Splash. Of course we always check via find-dvd to find the best dvd/cd deal!

Play are fantastic, prices are good delivery is reasonably quick, returns system works and refunds are given quicky including return postage costs.

They also send monday releases to arrive the saturday before if you pre order.
