hello all, this might not be in the correct forum section, but i figured that most people in the techie stuff corner would buy dvds often. just wanted to know about play.com - are they reputable, and also, do their dvds come shrink-wrapped. finally, do they have a correspondence address if things go 'wrong' - i could not find one on their website. thanks

I love Play.com :j and have bought loads off them (as a MSE
).
I've been using them for years now and have never had a problem. Their delivery is not as fast as Amazon for example (but delivery is free, so waiting three days is not a problem IMO).

Na its all done by email now. If you have genuinally faulty goods then they use an RMA system like most online retailers now...
But you won't have any problems

never had a problem with them and spent over £5000 @ play, everything they sell is new, one of the best sites in the uk (playusa is awesome aswell)0
