Play.com are fantastic! I would highly recommend them! I once bought a dvd box set that turned out to be faulty, I sent it back as recommended by their c/s dept. They sent me a replacement and refunded my postage costs without any hassle at all. I always use them as their prices are great, delivery is free and your order usually arrives really quickly. Also if you go through quidco, you get cashback too!

Play.com is excellent, doubt that you will ever have a problem with them. Always delivered what I want when I want and actually seem to answer when you email them questions.

they have been perfect for me, ive used them a zillion times over the last 4-5 years. They once billed me twice for 1 item but refunded me as soon as i pointed it out, they gave me vouchers when an item was out of stock and delivered a few days late. Dunno about returns, I expect they just send out stuff again if you report it undelivered, of course any abuse will be noted. CD-wow did this for me no questions asked when 3 cds never showed.

Just to confirm all the posts here. I have used play for around 3 years as well and never had a problem. I have once recieved the wrong item which was replaced with no problems and have had 2 items go missing (postman got sacked for stealing... they check up) and both items were replaced after the 14 days wait period. Very fast delivery and never had a damaged or unwrapped disc in my life.

I usually use sendit.com and play.com to compare prices, both are good.

Ive used play for years and can say I think there the best. Any probs with orders not turning up and they replace the item no probs. (This has only happened twice in approx 5 years though)
