Help! Peter Kay Question On Show Times

Depends where you're going:) They're usually a little crowded, but nothing major. You probably know, but the station is right next to the arena, so you should make the last train easily. However, make sure you know what platform your train leaves from before you enter the Arena & how to get there after the show ends, as it's extremely busy later on!!0

We got the last train home - 10.54 from Victoria. They had put on an extra 5 or 6 carriages. We came straight out of the arena and got in a queue for the train. It was busy, but not overcrowded. That was the train to Bradford. Hope this helps.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0

We went to see Peter Kay last week, having never been to Manchester before. DH had a look on google street view to see what parking was available around the MEN. He refused to consider paying to park in any of the car parks (especially the MEN CP which was £9!) and said we'll get a free space on the street somewhere. I said we'd have no chance, but sure enough the jammy sod found us a free space directly opposite the MEN in the street where there is two pay car parks either side - and that was at 7pm.
When we came out at 10:30 the road we'd parked in was closed to incoming vehicles and a police car had blocked the exit going out down that street, but got out easily enough (well squeezed out as some git had parked on the end of the space with half an inch to spare from our bumper) just turned round and were directed out by traffic wardens.
Show was ace btw - Peter Kay is a genius! :T2017 - no clutter to be seen challenge: 72/2017

what's it like for off street parking around the MEN, say 5-10 minutes away
was thinking about parking a short walkalbe distance from the MEN
I'm taking the wife & daughter on Friday evening, not sure about what to do for 2 1/2 - 3 hours whilst there in the MEN
