My trial is on the 1st August too, which i have yet to receive. It's still showing a orange tick and pending, so me thinks there must be a problem their end, maybe they will cancel it? I have received my other 3 trials this week ok. It's a shame they don't treat their panel members a little better really. Never mind i still love testing their stuff!!!

I'm supposed to be reporting back now, but my trials page has gone strange and isn't showing anything, so I can't get to the questionnaire!

Same here, been registered for about 8 months, and not 1 trial :mad:

I too haven't received my most recent trial offer to be tested before Aug 1st - thought it was just me.

I got my latest trail today, it's due to be completed on August 1st. It said on the note that the client needs the results in a rush, that's maybe why it's been sent out late.

I've done about ten trials in the past two years. Most have been very good and I like keeping the product afterwards. I'm very happy to keep this latest one.

Everyone who hasnt recived a trial, go and make sure that EVERYONES profiles are filled out fully because they wont send if they are not. I have been with them for ages now and do trials with them every few weeks, I am currently doing a trial for tescos, and have not long done a wax product, I would say I have done about 30 so far this year.

Items to me have always arrived really fast, most times next day. The site did go a bit mucked up a few weeks ago, I kept getting about 20 emails for each trial I was offered, they may just have a few glitches at the moment.

the only gripe I have is that when you are doing a comparison trial they never tell you what the products are, I get sent some gorgeous conditioner for a baby a few weeks ago and its brill, and great as shaving cream, just wish I knew where its from

Also try having ago at doing the training section? i think it's on the information tab at the top of their page. Everytime you are accepted on a trial they ask you a couple of questions just to test you! Once i completed the training section i have had lots of invites. Hope this might be of help;)

I loved the baby conditioner and also a fab facial scrub. I have asked them if they could tell me where to buy them, but no joy!! but i still love testing!;)
