I've never had any problems with them, have tried out 4/5 products in the last six months. Only thing is you have to be really quick on the uptake responding to trials as they fill up v quickly.

Hi i had the same problem as you! i was told to 'clean all my cookies' and that worked for me. Don't remember how to do it but i'm sure some computer wizz on here will know!;)

I signed up with them about four months ago and I'm on my 2nd trial.
The first was a bodywash which I was allowed to keep and I also got a £2 boots gift voucher once I finished the trial.
Better than a kick in the teeth.

Do you mean 'litmus' trial? which you do receive boots gift vouchers on completion of your questionaire.

I didnt receive my last but one trial. All you do is go through the questionnaire, not ticking anything and this brings up a box saying why havent you answered questions. You then fill it in, further trials are not affected.
If its a two parter trial, you will need to wait for the final date to fill in.

The same has happened to me, I haven't received the trial that i am supposed to be participating at the moment which needs a review on 1st August, I have emailed them and got no reply. This is the firat time this has happened to me in all the time of being a member!
