Anyone else registered with Ayton Moon cosmetic research.Am annoyed cos i have been invited to join a trial,they havent sent me the product in the timescale,andmy email to them off their site is being returned undeliverable.This probably means i will get black star for not completing trial..grrr...

Hi,
I haven't emailed them before (no problems so far - touch wood), but I've read on another forum that the best way to get in touch with them is to select the trial in question from the 'My trials' section, then click on 'Trial Enquiry' on top of the page, write your message, and then click on 'send message'.

ive had it witrh aytown moon too, every time i try to log in it says 'account already in use' even though i only ever use one computer, ive emailed tham so many times to ask why this is and theyve just ignored me, in the meantime ive missed 9 trials!:T The best things in life are FREE! :T0

Is there still an orange tick meaning the trial is still pending? Someone on the Ayton Moon sticky on Bob's Free Stuff was saying that a trial product had still not arrived although it was past the date to start the trial, and it was still showing the orange tick, meaning 'trial pending'. They wondered if there was a problem at Ayton Moon's end.

yeah,thanks both this sounds about right.I have clicked on trial enqiry and that has been returned undeliverable.Sent them another email through a different link.i expect to be told i have not returned the trial on time.If they do I shall tell them to Foxtrot Oscar.0

In most cases, you get to keep the products. Sometimes, you are asked to return them.
