I joined a couple of weeks ago and am on my first trial already. They asked me to join the trial - I did immediatly and received the product the next day! Very prompt.Save the earth, it's the only planet with chocolate!

Good Evening
I have been with ayton moon now for about two years, and have had LOTS AND LOTS of trials. Twice however i have not recieved the trial.
The last occasion was about 6 weeks ago. I emailed using the form on the web site and they replied stating that you should go through all the questions on the questionaire leaving them blank and then when you get to the end and says why have you answered all the questions, right in that you never recieved the sample. You will not loose your star rating if you do this.
I am presently waiting for a tinted moisturiser sample to come through the post, hope it hasnt got lost, i feel worried now, this trial i was very much loojking forward to.0 -

I've been a member of their panel for above a year and am just doing my 2nd trial for them. The trials are very infrequent but both the products I've tested/testing have been nice and you do get to keep them afterwards. Would be nice to do a few more though!0

This has happened to me for the past two trials, the last one was meant to start on Tuesday/Wednesday but not received it, you're right you do have to complete the questionaire straightaway if you haven't received the product.mrs.jchaa wrote:Good Evening

They also tell you to check your address is correct, which it has been ever since I joined
The first time the product didn't turn up it took about 6 days for them to get back to me, and that was using the trial enquiry & the contact us one. 0 -
I'm lucky if i receive my products on time. They did send messages out too everyone a couple of weeks back saying if you don't get them on time then they haven't got your correct address which is a total cop out as they have my address perfecly. Are you not using their secure messaging service?0

my trial is the1st august too-i have seen the advise re checking my address and i know its correct.the thing is the site secure system will not allow me to send messages.in some ways i hope there is a problem cos it will serve them right for not having a telephone line.0
