I've been with Orange for over 6 years, 8 or 9 contracts, most of the recent ones being cashback contracts. They have totally lost the plot over the past year or so, I'm just keeping a Virgin OVP contract going but I've moved to O2 for my main contract. Much better deals and flexibility.

why is everyone moaning about Orange ?! I have only had one or two problems in three years. Both of those were sorted out after i explained the situation to c/s on the phone.
I think the new service plans offer FANTASTIC value for money, so i am happy *keeps fingers crossed* ha ha

I was a happy Orange customer from virtually the day that they launched and on my recommendation most of our family and relations were as well. For one reason or another, which I won't bore everyone with, there is just one remaining Orange account approaching 12 months and about to be closed and the number PAC'd away.

Explains why they've suddenly started to refuse to give you your PAC number over the phone, or text it to you. Now you have to wait for the number to arrive in the post.

On all the comparison sites all the best offers are on orange. I gotta say i've never had any problems with them.. though without a cashback deal they are rather overpriced.
    stay lucky!

I, and my daughter left Orange, and signed up online with T-Mobile. I was paying Orange £26 a month for 120 minutes and 30 texts. With T-Mobile I get £180 credited to use as I wish for £26.25! My daughter gets £205 for £37.50. Not surprising we changed, and Orange didn't want to match it!

Yupp!! Sounds about right. Just makes it that little bit harder to move your number away.
