Reporting back on first day at nouveau job. Very good, I am pleased to say. Nice boss and colleagues, very busy, training booked and I get the chance to whizz about in a taxi! Stop laughing at the back! I went all giddy when they told me that bit!

The cautionary bit.

Buoyed up from work (after about three hours sleep last night) I hit the gym. Abs class! 40 mins cardio! 45 squats holding huuuuuge weights! 90 lunges! Oh yes! Cooking on gas!

Minnie arrives home and attempts to climb the 10 flights up to Minnie Mansions. Holy cow! The legs rebel! Won't work! :eek:

My thighs have officially turned to jelly. I took the lift, but still had to scale the final two flights. Got into Mansions after 17 hours and the use of mountain rescue.

That's me OFF my high heels for the foreseeable, then!

as for jelly thighs, i know the feeling yesterday at work i couldnt actually bend down after spending most of the day in the gym!

i'll maybe catch up with you later for a goss, i'm currenlty in step one of the getting over men plan that i told you about the other night...gonna be stuck on the drastic makeover bit this time, i only cut and dyed my hair on friday!
