Missus bought one a while ago, a bit of searching found the same m/c around £40 inc postage much better than the £89.99 on the trail. This one did not come with the DVD.
She came off it sweating each time and felt a good bit of excercise had been had.
Obviously it now resides under the stairs unloved as is the case with 99% of all home excercise equipment. We now both have a gym membership which is going well. Oddly, industrial strength LTT machines with the usual digital computers were installed at the gym last week next to the going upstairs machines so there may be something in that method of training...

Check out the JK466 - Aerobic Lateral Thigh Trainer from https://www.gymfitnesswarehouse.co.uk.
Was £99.99, now reduced to only £49.99 with free P&P. Bargain!
The review sold it to me, so have ordered one for Christmas. Cant wait for it to arrive.
Update - Two hours after ordering I got a phonecall from them to arrange delivery - it arrived before 11am on the following Monday morning - only 3 days after I ordered.
NOW THATS GREAT SERVICE!!
Am taking it steady by doing little and often. I usually jump on it when the adverts are on TV. My calf muscles are feeling a bit tighter already!
Watch out 2007 - I may even be able to wear a bikini on the beach!!!working hard at this thing called life0 -
I have one.
I got it off ebay, 2nd hand.
it came with the video (yep video!) but no bands.
I do use it, and it certainly works up a sweat. I also use it with some hand weights that I got off freecycle.
I would defo not pay TV price. I was thinking about buying one from Rossfitness..co.uk (£32)
For the people that say the likes of go for a walk/jog/run. I don't have time to work up that sort of sweat, can't afford gym membership and can't run to save my life.

I have just got one on ebay LTT one with bands. Its the same as the QVC one and new. Paid £25.98 all in. So if it is another item for the boot sale at least I've not paid too much!0
