    I had the same with an item listed as UK based, which was posted to me from within UK ...but when I had to return it , the only address PayPal would accept as valid for a return was in China ......

    Paypal were not interested in any argument/proof that I had returned it to the UK address it came from (where it had been signed for) and in the end I gave up.

    Can you also post a photo taken from the front of the pins. As someone has already said it could be that an adapter clicks in place and becomes part of the chargers. It would be much better than using a travel adapter.
