Thing is Pap you have made a new choice in that you are running and keeping healthy..staying on CD and not loosing weight is not productive. Can you not add some flour? Take some of the juice out and maix with flour until its a paste and then put all back in the stew/curryI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
