Morning Suzy and all who follow...
Happy St Patricks day to you too......this day 7 years ago I was in Wexford having a lovely holiday and dreaming of moving to Ireland for good.....This day last year, DH had his accident......
How things change eh?
2 shrews welcomed me this morning - the cat was so pleased with himself he was tripping over his own paws trying to show me just how clever he was. I really don't need that at 6am."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -
Oh Pooky.....sorry that it stirs up painful memories for you. I didn't realise it was so recent.
I have family in Wexford (can't remember which village they live in) but the last time I was there was 1989!!! It is a beautiful place though. I love Ireland and really should make the effort to go back.
So...your cat is a hunter? Mine's far too ladylike to engage in that sort of activity

Hi Pooky, Suzy Su, hi all
Hope today goes okay for you Pooky. Date's are weird aren't they - how the same date can be a nightmare and good. My parents had their wedding, my mums diagnosis and her death all on Friday 13th!
Busy day today at work. 4 days left at work and a one week course for which I have to do pre-reading. At this rate I won't be so much filing the paper on the desk as scooping them up in a big pile and dropping a match on them!
Going to ring up about switching broadband in about half an hour as I have to get my costs down to about £1000 a month to give myself a decent run up to the next job (hopefully!)
Looks okay outside - I can even see a bit of blue sky.

Top of the mornin' to yah.
Pooky, big hugs.
Last night my studing lasted all of 5 minutes as I woke up at 9.30 with my nose in the book!
I'm still full of cold and I'm sure my nose glows in the dark. :rotfl:
Have a great day everyone.
