Just had some melon, strawberries and mull*r light yoghurt ice cream - mMMmmm -hubbie just gone to bed but I am wide awake now (liar ) sowill stay up a bit longer and see how I go

I just freeze Mull*erLights in their pots - either just freeze for hour and a half or so (get to judge how you like it) or store them in the freezer like I do (not the top part of the freezer) and get them out about an hour or so before you want them (depends on air temperature) when they are starting to thaw, tip out of pot and break up with a fork then mash it up - they usually go thick and creamy but can sometimes go very icy -with shards of ice - but can still eat them like this though not as nice as when they go creamy - MMMMMMmmmmmmmmmm We have this about 3 times a day with chopped up melon, strawberries, pineapple, kiwis, whatever, but then we use Mull*erLights on our cereal too. They are 'free food' on Slim*ing Wo*ld plan. :j

Yawn, its what 03.45 and Niddy the Night Watchman is bored (but awake)..... will be zzzzz'ing myself soon enough in my cosy bed (when you guys are up in the cold rain) hehe
