Yes quite right Spoon - that is a very important part of the training - as of course is filling up with lots of carbs :j :j

Glasgow was sunny, but Niddy must have brought the rain with him (and then left it behind!) and it's now alternating between sneaky little bits if sun enticing you out... when you fall for it, you're then caught in a stupedous shower!

Niddy, did you find a pub with a decent beer garden?

Hmmm - body balance hey nicca - sounds like you need something carby, perhaps cheese on toast??

I've run 2 half marathons so in theory thats a full marathon (allbeit they were a year apart ) mind you that was some years ago.

3dogs I was always quite good at the stuffing in bowls of pasta bit, definitely the best bit of training :rotfl:

Spoon - I'm very impressed you are still on zero for the clothes challenge! :T:T:T I'm getting a bit anxious with my total at the moment!

Though it hasn'r stopped me negotiating with the girl with the gorgeous dress. She offered a partial swap, which I assume is something of mine of lesser value than the dress and a bit of cash from me. I can see me becoming very easily addicted to this clothes swapping malarky!

However, my not buying any books challenge is going well and I have braved rediscovering my library! Just need a big red felt pen mark in my diary to make sure I don't get any more fines!

I'm ironing :eek:! Not only am I ironing, but I am ironing clothes that are not long out of the washing machine :eek: :eek:. Well seen I'm a swapping and a selling my clotes!

And I really, really, really don't understand why some people find it therapuetic! I'm becoming grumpier and grumpier and there's anything else I'd rather be doing - even my spending diary!
