No - the lights were on but no-one home - I left my computer switched on doing a full scan, so I was safely tucked up in bed at 12:45

What an excellent idea 3dogs! I did make it into the gym and today I am paying as I can hardly lift my cuppa to my mouth . I was also slightly dosconcerted by the ambulance outside of the gym when I got there, but decided to bash on ahead anyway. I actually don't mind it once I get there (apart from the sit ups - they are evil!) but the getting there is some task!

Carol - MF found my avi (he's been off working hard so you might not have met him on here yet) and Numpty fixed it for me... all I did was hit the button I was told to . 3dogs, we'll have Brian shaking his head in no time!

Ironing Spoon? What's that then?

I'm guessing (actually, no guessing neede - he will be!) Niddy will be a happy bunny; there's been lots of celebrations going on near me all day. It's a right pain in the neck as the road is cloesd off and I need to go the long way round .

Phew, watching the marathon in you gym gear sure is hard work, isn't it? :rotfl:
