Trade-in only seems to apply in store, although you could try phoning and ordering that way, if you don't have a store near you.
I did this (in a store), and I also got two SIM cards, one registered to me and one unregistered to give away.

Is it pay and go phone? I would not want to be tied to monthly payments. Also with £9.99 how much air time is included? Does it come with accessaries as Siemen A60?
