If you buy more than £30 worth of Virgin airtime, they will unlock your phone for free. Not sure if the £25 you get free on this offer counts towards this - worth asking if you fancy using the phone on another network.

You can transfer your number, all you have to do is call customer service and say you want to cancel and keep your number. customer service will give you the information needed you then ring your new mobile provider and give them the details. You could always phone retention and see what they offer you, they sometimes give good deals if you want to leave. Mention it is for a business, a business will you a mobile quite a bit so it is more money for them so it may mean a better deal for you.

I too have pay as you go 02 sim and would like to know if this phone can be unlocked. Aslo my next question is who is the reception on this network. Anybody has any experience of that.

Orange shops and website now have the best deal - Nokia 3510i for £9.99 including SIM if you can trade in an old phone that switches on. £19.99 with out trad in. You can then unlock this easily online and use it with any network/any SIM. See other phone threads
