I'm nearly done in the livingroom, what a mess it is.:o
Builders up and plastered the bottom of the bedroom, thats them finished for the day.

My sister called up this morning with a letter from the rates people, it seems the landlord hasn't been paying the rates on the house. She rang to let them know that the rates are included in the rent. The landlord hasn't paid any rates since 2002. I wouldn't like to be him now. Only problem is that my sister never got a rent book or the tenancy agreement back. So she has to get a copy tonight but needs an excuse as to why she needs them.

    Sandy big big hugs.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Hope the journey goes ok. You'll be fine, today is just the test and you have only to get there and back and come straight on here and tell us how you got on.

More importantly, please try to arrange for someone to go with you for the results, even if you would rather see the neurologist alone. I'm not sure where you are but I would certainly go with you if you were close enough? PM me if you want?

You're prob on your way by now, but I'm thinking of you.

    Mumof2 (((HUGS))) depression's a blighter, isn't it?
What I dont get is, why does he keep every single envelope that he is ever sent? I open post, put envelope to be recycled and keep the statement or letter. He opens post, reads, puts back in envelope? shrug.gif What do you do?
Mr LW used to do this..... I deal with all the post now, so if it's not needed (eg envelopes) out it goes!

She would need the tenancy agreement if she were applying for any kind of benefits, especially housing benefit - might that be a good reason to ask for it?

    Morning all.

I'm posting early because I can't get in the kitchen as the plumber is in there. Can't even nip in for the polish, window cleaning stuff and cloths, because the WM is currently in front of the cleaning cupboard! *shruggy smiley*.:D

Races over to LW's with cleaning materials :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: after all you are not that far away!!

Sandy Hugs and my thoughts are with you.

She doesn;t need a reason - she has a right to ask and the LL is breaking the law if he refuses to supply.

Sandy, just getting my coat, then I'm joining you and all the Flyladies :j Makes me smile what a rag-tag lot we'll look (orange paint, wolves, badgers, washing-up hands, overalls, group of pre-schoolers :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: ).

Summer is certainly on the way - I have washing on the line, and we ate lunch in the garden :T
