Just popped on to see if there is any news from Sandy
I often feel like running away too, but I've realised that I will just take all my emotional problems with me. Your DH and DS love you and will help you through this, running away will not make your life any easier. All that will happen is you will be without the support you could get from DH.liloandstitch wrote: »I am hoping that they will change the anti-depressants again cos I dont think they are working at all, I am definately feeling worse not better. All of last week and this I have just felt like walking out the door and not coming back - like a missing person. Its not that I hate my life at all, my DH and DS are wonderful. I just cant cope with it - I cant even look after myself let alone share it with people I love I just feel they would be better off without me. I did tell DH, and he understood (kind of) but its hard for him to understand that its not about how I feel about him or DS, that it is an illness that I just cant cope with life. Trouble is, Im not even sure how to go about sorting it out either.
I think you should definitely go back to the doctor and tell them how you feel. How long have you been on the AD's? Is your GP the only person you see about your depression or have they referred you to anyone? PM me if you don't want to talk on here
I really wish DH didn't have to go out this evening but it's something he can't get out of and it's quite important that he goes. I'm just feeling so rubbish, I feel like such a failure. I can't seem to do anything. I feel so useless and stupid.
