  • Hi Everyone

Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining room
    Level One
Sweep and mop floor – will do this later when DH brings back broom…..don’t ask :o
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]clean blinds/curtains [/STRIKE]– don’t have any….so cleaned front & back door, inside & out and cleaned kitchen & hall windows :D:D:D
    Level Three
    Scrub out the fridge
    Clean oven and hob!

    Extras
    1. Binbag dance
    2. HHI … don’t do ironing! :rotfl:
    3. Clean out the vacuum cleaner.. wash filters etc!
I am on a roll! Cleaning windows! Me! :D

Plus, I can now actually see the kitchen table! I’ve done the dining room table as well….looks lovely……

Won’t get a STAR for the kitchen due to the dreaded OVEN of doom……I can see it from here and it looks very menacing!!:eek:
But, my mum has just phoned me to give me the number of a man called Mr Muscle who cleans ovens from £45. It’s very tempting (particularly if he is actually quite, well, you know, muscular – :o probably won’t be though) and not very OS……..

I am actually getting the urge to clean it myself (think I might be coming down with something _pale_….)

Will have to find the steam thingy and see if I can brace myself for the job…..

Catch up with you all later……….. going to Mr T (cupboards empty), bank (account empty), then school run…..

    Notso

    Have also:
    Written shopping list
    Prepared banking
    Sorted out clean washing
    Unloaded & reloaded DW
Opened post (£19 Mr T vouchers – yippee!)
I'm not so tired & not so desperate..... mainly thanks to MSE :D so just call me Notso.....
Yes, I'm juggling and I might drop some.... but at least I'm trying ;)

hollyh - used to walk DD & DS to Puzzlewood as we lived close by - they loved it. Must take DGS (4 yrs) when we visit DD as he loves Merlin. We took him to Goodrich Castle and the next week's episode of Merlin was filmed there - he was so excited although it took some explaining about the props.

Thank you all for being so nice to me. Going to just stop having RL friends.

Decided I should have stayed in bed today. Decided to make some gingerbread in the BM. Realised I didn't have any mixed spice so I put cinnamon in instead only to find the mixed spice in the cupboard. Am 1oz short of golden syrup then to top it all I haven't got any ginger.
It's going to be great gingerbread:mad:

Deep breath, I really fancy a bacon butty. Now realised the grill pan is in the DW and the shelves are soaking in the bath.

    Suppose I really should laugh:rotfl:

Great idea LW. I put a bit more cinnamon in and some of the mixed spice. Chucked it all in and switched it on.
THEN I read the recipe. You are meant to melt the syrup, butter and sugar in a pan before adding:mad:

    I'm really not safe today:o
