So they want you to work for free for 4 days and payment two months in arrear!??? It's getting better and better, doesn't it.
I told you they steal from you. You've heard it first on moneysavingexpert.com!
It's perfectly understandable for them to cover themselves in case someone they are training decides to pack it in after a couple of days - there are a lot of costs involved in hiring new starts. A lot of companies do it now - especially with things the way they are - Thomas Cook Airlines for example, make you sign a bond to say that if you leave within 6 months of starting with them, you will pay them back up to £500 towards the cost of training and uniform.
I would understand your point if they were hiding these things, but they have been up-front with everything so far. The terms they sent me before my intro to the company today had all of the info that people have questioned on here. It's not fair to say they are dodgy and stealing in comments like this.0 -
I spoke to a really nice chap at Foxycomms and yes he explained about the working for 24 hours before they are prepared to pay you, fair dos I think as I should think the drop out rate is probably quite high and who wants to spend hours training people and then they drop out within a day or two. Please remember to let us all know how you get on. Many thanks0

I will do - I start on Friday so will let you know how everything goes. Anyone else starting with them soon?0

Hi Bluelady, did you need to purchase anything before you got started or do you buy the special phone once you have decided if it is for you? Was it quite easy to understand how the calls work etc?0

Dear Mr Rich Tea, you seem very averse to this company, do you have a rival company or did they just sack you because you werent any good! You havent actually told us about your dealings with this company or why you seem so disgruntled with them!0
