Are the spring flowers late this year?

Hi
I don't have any Daffs but next doors mini ones have just come out this week. I'm in Bolton, Lancs. Lots of things seem to have started in my garden (including the triffid), crocuses have been and gone
We had lots of snow and cold so I don't mind things being a bit later than last couple of years, just imagine all the cocky warm bred slugs who didn't bury in deep enough
Late Daffs are a small price to pay for less of them :j
Feeling that the garden was a little bare I went down to our local Range last Saturday and raided the clearance shelf. Got 7 fine primulas in red and yellow for £2 so it's all looking springy even if the long term stuff is still sulking :rotfl:

I've just started noticing some daffs in the parks in London the past week or 2, also smaller yellow, white or purple flowers which I have seen from a distance (not sure of name sorry)0
