If you have the policy booklet details, please check the cancellation terms, but I am aware you should still be able to cancel anytime as well.

I called them to ask. They said to hold fire on cancelling. They are investigating my complaints and should have it sorted by 24 June at the latest. It sounded fairly optimistic! keeping my fingers crossed!
