    Oh no!

:o Just rang sainsbury's bank. Seems that I sent complaint letter to the wrong address! So I've had to send another letter to Leeds this time, surely they should pass mail on to other departments?? I did send it registered post. But it's my mistake, so I will just have to be patient!

    Hi there

I would of thought they would have been good enough to pass your letter on for you, sorry to hear that, well hopefully it will be a good result at the end of it for you.:)

    Thanks,

Good job that I called to check on progress today, or I would have never realised the error. At least it's definitely gone to the right office now and they gave me a reference number as well.
    :T
Got my fingers & toes crossed. I call RBS tomorrow to see if they can send me loan statements too. I think I might have had PPI with them too?? and cahoot ??

Hi, Can anyone advise me please?

i am still paying PPi for critical illness on my loan with 5 & 1//2 years to run. I have made claim for missold PPi for this & numerous other loans with sainsburys's.

Should i cancel it? I don't want it! Will it make a difference to my claim?

    A very puzled miss mental:o.
