Hi. Fw. I'm currently being advised by some amazing people on here about my problems, which include financial issues. If it's any concellation I have quite a bit more debt than you, party thanks to my car being stolen which was worth 20k and wasn't insured as it was on my drive not being used as I was selling it!!! So plus all my other debt, it's looking pretty bad! The cccs advised I go bankrupt and that was before the new 20k debt! I really dint want to do it either. But, having said that, if noone will find out as someone on here said it's not put in local papers anymore and you can still operate as a soletrader (is that right?) then just think of the massive weight off your shoulders when it's all done. Seems to me like it's a cop out cos at the end of the day, it's debt I requested, but sometimes you make bad decisions in life and situations escalate and we are here for a good time, not a long time. I say get it done and start again in the knowledge you'll never get in that state again.
Really good luck with it. I'll prob be on here myself soon so I suspect you'll be telling me how happy you are!0
