Hello all. I'm having my Disabled Students Allowance assessment today. They were supposed to be here five minutes ago but they've phoned to say they're stuck in traffic round Bradford so they'll be at least half an hour late.

Hugs/Happy Birthday/Well done to all the right people.

You've covered all bases there Ames, hope the visit goes ok!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

well i have a clean living/dining room!! YIPPPEEEEEEEEEE It looks so much better and brighter!! my hip is sore now.

The only thing left to do now are the floors, ironing, and 2 unicycles and Wii drum set to put away.

Not bad only taken me 3 days to do something that would have taken 1 usually :)

    Afternoon All :D

Feeling quite upbeat this afternoon, got a nice surprise when I got home that OH was just round the corner buying the blind for the living room, so he popped home to eat his dinner, I very much like this living together lark :D

In other news...OK I have no other news, washing is on, need to finish the washing up, bake a birthday cake for my mum, and find a way of getting bright purple gloss paint out of my hair!!

    Much Love

Flying visit as off to collect Ryan, but (((hugs))) Sal, be kind to yourself, you are allowed to feel sad at the end of a relationship, no matter how it ended - grief for what was and what could have been is perfectly understandable, so don't be too hard on yourself and feel you have to be instantly perky and upbeat. Try to find time to do the things you enjoy, and keep running. xx

Luc - really don't know. Awful.

SRM, (((hugs))) to you too - you must be worried - but good that you have an appointment, and the chances are it will be nothing to worry about.

    Well done Claire, now rest!

    Really must dash...... xxx

For those runners amoungst us that are needing stuff for summer, M&M have some good priced shorts/t-shirts in stock at the moment, these will no doubt go up in price or sell out soon.

    p.s don't spend too much ;)
