I am not so great as OH took car today to our mechanic to do the things to the car that needs doing for MOT and still 'big garage on the High Street' won't pass it saying it needs a new set of discs!!!!:mad::mad: Think they are trying to make us so okay you do the work, but I'm b******d if I am going to do that. Just can't afford this type of things. And boss still hasn't given me his report which has to go into a mailing after having been copied 25 times TODAY :mad: Thank God I stayed so late last night to get everything else done. Glad its Friday

            Billie-might it be worth re testing it at the local council run MOT centre? They don't do repairs,so have no vested interest in failing it.....anyway,new discs are a DIY-able job aren't they??Debt-free...and staying that way...0
