You could have crystal trees?
http://images.google.co.uk/images?hl=en&source=hp&q=crystal+tree+wedding&gbv=2&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=
I'm having a wishing tree with crystals and pearls on and i just got a branch from the park from a tree that the warden was cutting down and shredding up. I asked if i could have it. Then you can spray paint it a colour, silver or ivory etc, put in vases and string with crystals. You can get them from ebay i reckon. It would go with your theme and you can use your plaster of paris to make them stay in the vase! What matters most is how well you walk through the fire0 -

I dont think you would if you spent £15 on these for example...

That leaves you with a fiver to buy a vase (ikea) and spray paint isnt expensive! What matters most is how well you walk through the fire0 -

I am going to have to pieces of seagrass sprayed pewter diagonal criss-cross over the bowl and a flower (not sure what yet) on top. I have only ordered 1 so I can see what it looks like. It is cheaper when you buy multiples. Also I will order smaller bowls for other tables. The top table would only work out at £15.
please tell me you didn't spend £10 on that bowl?!?! you do know you can get that identical bowl for £3.00 from michael dark florists!
i thought about using the lights but decided that as you could see them if you just had water that i would go against it and just have tea lights on each corner of the mirrors
and a flower in the bowl with scatter crystals around the bowl and mirror

Vases and pearls from here:
http://www.sara-richards.co.uk/
We are using 30cm cylinder vases @ £2.99 each - really nice, thick glass and a good weight. They look better than the pic IYKWIM
Check out the "pearls on wire" link on the left navigation bar for the pearl strands £1.99 for 12.
I was originally doing flowers under the water, but the pearls work very well and look like bubbles (to me, anyway)

I already have about 2000 x 5mm czech crystal beads, which i had forgot about, i bought them for my bouquet then switched to swarovski instead.
That may sound a lot of beads but when you put them all in a little pot there doesnt look that many.
I reckon i'd need at least 4 to 6000 beads per tree to make it look substantial.:eek::eek:
I bought 5000 table diamonds thinking that would be plenty for 10 tables until they arrived and theres barely 2 handfulls worth.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
