    There have already been posts stating that they won't accept anything other than a proper format original statement, so the last two posts don't help much. :(

    anewman - branch staff would not be trained on online banking - as its not branch based obviously, they would only really know if they used ti themselves - be fair

    & with id now - once verified, always verified - maybe the 1st person was just being extra cautious
