Sorry you feel that way Kate, I hope you manage to get it sorted, one thought is your son playing on line games on the Xbox, as that would eat up a lot of bandwidth?

She thought from the $40 a month the internet would be unlimited downloads and surfing, and for £40 a month i would expect a free laptop too, that is dear, its excessive. She wasn't made aware of the package in the first place, and BT are used to dealing with homes who have a decent income and let their kids download whatever they like and charge them excess - not a household which is struggling. She is in the right, the bill wouild have had me raging and they would not have got a single penny of it.

As for the Nigerian spam mails they obvious have access to BT's email address list somehow, do not send anything except the middle finger expression toward anyone in Nigeria asking for cash for whatever reason, they email the whole world on a daily basis.
    Owed out = lots.

But she said she was on option 2, option 2 isn't £40pm - there just seems to be a lot of confusing going on here, and I think we've all got lost on the way....
