hope sharholders are happy- thats what its all abou after all- money money money- a much as you can make and ntaking every opportunity to make maximum. maximum profit for the shareholders. heart attacks, panic attacks and ruining peoples lives n the process- wrll the shareholders will be happy thats whats important- mustnt leave people "out of pocket" now- mustnt leave the shareholders witout enugh to live off for the rest of the month.Bt is in business to make a profit for its shareholders and is not a philanthropic organisation.
It has been suggested that you monitor your usage and ensure that no-one else is hijacking your internet connection.
The BT rep has offered to review your charges, I'd suggest you take them up on the offer.0 -
Kate they don't hold a gun to your head a force you to be a customer nor force you to stream content in excess of your limit.
You've ignored the BT reps post above offering 1-2-1 help & are still going off on one about them.
Whats your point or is there not one at all and you just want to vent?Wealth, like happiness, is never attained when sought after directly.
It comes as a by-product of providing a useful service.
