Round the World flights rip off

I waited a long time for an answer, and then I got some Irish person who couldn't understand an Indian accent. So then I asked for a refund of my telephone charges, and they said I had to call an even more expensive number. And even then, they didn't have an Indian call centre so I could not get a sensible answer. So what can we do about this rip -off?
Err..... not use an Indian accent? :T0 -

Go to the top, the very top.
Ring them up again and DEMAND that they put you through to Stelios, and then give him what for.
& don't let ANYONE fob you off.
BTW, as an additional security measure, you'll need to give your credit card details, exp no, security no and your address - plus, the dates of any times this year when your house will be unattended for more than 24 hours.
p.s. your alarm code is handy to give to them as well, just in case you forget it

I have absolutely no reason not to believe Mr Lahey, but it's their chosen forum to seek assistance that I find all rather odd.Mr Lahey does indeed do an awful lot of travelling, some of which he asks for advice about on this forum
Why would anyone building quality itinereries and looking for serious travel advise turn to this forum for help?
As I say, I'm not doubting Mr Lahey, but I do wonder why here? ... Maybe someone could pm me.

It's a fair question, the answer is simple, more often than not i get the answer i need from the Thorntree. But sometimes all i need is a word or a place, and from there i research even further and eventually combined with Thorntree, Man in Seat 61, Lonely Planet books and here i can build a quality itinerary. (Of course using other electronic sources)
So its not really a question of getting serious travel advice because i don't believe this forum is the place for that (with a few exceptions) but its more of a place to gain what has proven in the past to be valuable snippets of things i can research further. The Summer Holiday of a Lifetime0 -

You get more ladyboy for your buck in Thailand, if you pay in dollars, rather than euros (so a friend told me, anyway

Mr Lahey, may I recommend a trip to the red light district whilst you are in the 'Dam?
Recommended, but probably not a great idea to take the little one with you
My favourite part of Amsterdam is the "Sex Peep Shows", you get to look through a little peeper-hole and watch people doing it like animals! Hows that for a holiday recommendation!0
