I dont trust Mr lahey he tried to give me some odd smelling muffins in amsterdam, and theres nothing worse than an odd smelling muffin!!!!

I wanted to book a Round the World Flight with Ryanair. I couldn't find one on their website so I had to telephone. I waited a long time for an answer, and then I got some Irish person who couldn't understand an Indian accent. So then I asked for a refund of my telephone charges, and they said I had to call an even more expensive number. And even then, they didn't have an Indian call centre so I could not get a sensible answer. So what can we do about this rip -off?
