Hey all, am really chuffed with the orders coming in (at last) although the majority are F&F but I haven't been able to post books to the whole of my territory this campaign. Anyway, just been putting my orders online and some are showing as low stock/out of stock  How often do they update the website and how often does new stock get delivered. This is my first campaign and I dont want to have to go around telling customers that things weren't in stock

I am feeling a happy buzzzyness
i just totted up a quick running total and have found i have got £141 so far from f+f and 2 from my territory

Just a quick Qu tho... i got my c12s from my SL yesterday should i have got the next Ht with them??? She gave me Ht 13 with my c11s...

You will get your new HT in with your order, so dont fret about that.
As for keeping track of customer orders, for now, just keep one copy of their order form, that should get you up and started.
Just concentrate on getting your books back in and out again and back in again before your order! That way you should hit about £200!:D:D:D:D
:T wealth is a state of mind :T0 -

hi Sylvergrunge
don't worry about not being able to cover your whole territory in one campaign. It took me a few campaigns to get the hang of it and even now I don't always get around it all.
Anyway, this is the good part about back ordering! The territory you didn't get around, drop the books you have just been using to them for the next campaign. And the territory you have visited, give them the new campaign books.
Sometimes things show out of stock on the website and then they appear in your delivery! The problem is if it is a popular item like the purple Glam boxes last year, remember them anyone! Avon seem to underestimate the popularity and don't have enough stock in supply, so it is how quickly they can purchase the stock from the supplier.
Trendsetters in a nutshell, are certain areas around the country who are ahead of the rest of the county on campaigns by 2/3 campaigns. They canvass their customers, family and friends, and Avon record what their sales are, to "try and predict" will sell well throughout the rest of the country.0 -

Thanks aureol, and everyone else for answering all my newbie questions. I really don't know what I would have done without you all :A (apart from maybe bugging the hell out of my SL)! I have really enjoyed doing all this so far. I have found I have been much more forward in going to speak with people (especially at school gates, and in my kids various clubs) keeping in the back of my mind that they might all be potential customers. Wouldn't force it on them straight away, but I am sure I can slip it into conversation at some point
I have found out where another local rep lives (just round the corner from me). Was thinking of popping round to introduce myself and discuss territories (to make sure we don't overlap), do you think this is a good idea?Everyone loves a bargain :beer:0 -

Also, if things do turn out to be OOS when my order arrives, is it usual to just tell the customer you will order it in the next campaign for them or just give them a refund?Everyone loves a bargain :beer:0 -
Got my campaign 10 delivery today, biggest order since christmas books last year, and I also had 8 flip flops and 2 pedometers OOS, so if they came my order would of been £615! atleast Iv got a head start on my c11 :T0
