Hey just a quick question about smart start. it says if i order over the level 2 sales value i will get a full size anew product but it is only saying im receiving some samples. (just realised for my 2nd campaign i should get mixed samples which it looks like i am getting, but it isnt my first campaign! :S)
Why do they think im on my second campaign? I wanted my anew product :(

    yes i did........twice!

I can't think of any tips about fighting frizz with lotus shield.........apart from just using lotus shield. Surely if the product is that great we don't need any additional tips?

Just to be clear, this is your 1st camp.
If this is the case, then your account wasnt loaded correctly by Avon. Get on to whoever signed you up, your SL or ASM they can contact the STEP TEAM and get this rectified.

Sounds like your ASM may have you registered as starting on C10, and that is why they have you as being on your second campaign.

Go into your account, and go into place an order. When you drop down the menu, what does it show you? It should only show 11 and 12.

If it shows 10 and 11, your ASM has started you on C10.

I wonder what it is they are looking for? Do they mean recommending it after swimming, or being in the sun too much?
