I've got the local ASM coming to see me on Monday to sign up for Avon sales. Fingers crossed, as I'll have 4 jobs now (one of them full time!)

At least I'm finally bringing in enough to put some money in savings.

Does anyone remember from the last 'The Smart Woman's Secret' whether or not we get commission when ordering from it (I have a feeling, perhaps not?) However, it is still cheaper than the brochure and there is a free nail varnish with each product ordered :T With that in mind, I've done a flyer promoting the MagiX products and Glazewear lipglosses - the more I can sell, the more freebies :j If anyone would like a copy, just PM me your email addy.

Thank Elliebee, I've calmed down a bit now. I just had a really stressful day at work and was cheesed off at not being able to contact the area rep (still haven't managed it !) I know the order has to be in by Wednesday, so I was hoping to collect in and get the books out again tonight in houses where there wasn't another rep, but without speaking to her I'm not sure if the other streets in the area are free (the other woman mentioned 3 that she did, but who knows if someone else is doing the others).

Fiver, sorry to hear that. Unfortunately your ASM probably won't contact you until Monday now, as they tend to not work weekends.

Mine still hasn't given me extra territory like she promised - hasn't replied to my email about one of my reps, she wants to take maternity leave but wants to know what happens while she does, ie does someone else cover her area and then she get it back when she comes back, etc.

I have lost the rep who made no effort to sell avon, and her husband wasn't keen on it because they had their own business already. She is struggling for customers because of their location, suggested getting free postcards, business cards, flyers done through vistaprint. They haven't bothered yet, and any customers she does get say the same thing, they wouldn't have known her business was there if they hadn't walked past.

Suggested she get a local student to hand out flyers for her - she said what a brilliant idea, but bet she doesn't do it!

She says she is going to order her avon from me and join up in the summer, we shall see, not holding my breath.

another rep says if people will not order from work she is giving up too, as she has too much going on.

So my sales leader statement looked brilliant this month! Still owe avon money but can I just pay them or can they only claim it from my earnings?

And I forgot to order the Fergie samples with my order! I thought this would actually sell well and wanted the samples for my territory.

and if there is i dont suppose any of you have had your C.8 delivered and have a sample of outspoken that i could buy, i just need one of the little tester bottles ...i would like to advertise it tonight at a party i have but dont get my delivery till the 4th.

thanks in advance if anyone can help..if not thanks anyway and it would just be nice to know if theres anymore norwich people on here.

Well I called Avon to try and add some more to my order on Thursday morning, and they said that my order had gone but she would add to my C9 order for me.

I have ordered loads of fergie samples,but but 6 bottle for the mm and wondering ,shall I order more anyway got couple of days to go before final order goes in.
Do not know why but this camp8 seems to be biggest sales yet I have £550 in sales and lots more books to get in on Monday, has everyone noticed increase in sales in C8, I thought its possibley due to Anew prom and sales but got 10 on anew promo and not many form the end of line sale so not sure

I did well on C8, my biggest sellers was the Glimmerstick Diamonds eyeliners and the Anew promo too!

C9 was a bit of a let down though, starting to crack on with C10 now

Delivered brochures this morning to customers who hadn't ordered last campaign.....went to one house and they had their brochure outside.....was praying they hadn't ordered but they had! OH had assured me he had collected all the brochures from that part of his territory - but obviously not! Queue an arguement, him saying he'd told me he hadn't got the book from there....me saying he hadn't....of course being a man he wouldn't admit he was wrong lol. Unfortunately some of the bits they'd wanted weren't in either 7 or 8 (they are on our back order so the order was from 6) and the rest was way more expensive. So OH had to ring and place an additional from 6, thankfully they let him, worked out cheaper that way even with the £2.50 charge.

Has anyone tried the Outspoken perfume yet? What is it like? I dont wanna order tonnes of the stuff if its horrible?
