Well I feel really rough this morning - wondering if I might be starting with tonsillitis as someone at work had it last week - I hope not!!!!!

Thinking of new ways to advertise, just don't have enough hours in a day lately, so thinking I might make some posters, and send them to local nurserys/play groups/primary schools/little hairdressers - and have a code on the poster, ie ring to apply and quote **** to receive exclusive free samples. Will include a letter, saying if they display this poster, and someone responds (which I'll know from the code they quote) then they can receive £5 cash or £10 of avon products (for a raffle etc), and also offering my services for school fetes etc....got to be worth a try, if I can get a couple of places to put my poster up, then that would be great - I'll only be having to pay out if I actually get any responses. Fingers crossed eh! Haven't signed anyone up for ages now, and looks like I've lost a rep due to debt so really need to get some new people!

    Hi everyone,

Poor Lozza, sorry to hear you're feeling rough :( take it easy if its your day off and give your body chance to fight the bugs a bit.

Well done johanne £1056 - wow that's brilliant and well done to lucyclare too on a successful party, go girl!!! :T

Putting my first order in tomorrow, have put all orders I've collected onto the system already, just need to go and collect in another 22 books and I'll be able to tell you what my total is.

I'm still undecided whether to put F&F onto a different campaign than territory or is it easier to have them all on the same one? :o

Woo Hoo! That's brilliant Johanne.

What happened to that shy, uncertain, little mouse from a year or two back? :D

Someone on the sales leader websitye mentioned something really fab!! lol
I have done a few parties and have a lot of demo products...so was thinking of loaning them out...chaging a fee for a big box of current products..they get half their money back when they return everything! saves them having to order a huge load of stuff just to use it once then it gather dust or to just send it back.

Anyone else think this is a good idea...would you yourself use it? if so how much would you pay? someone mentioned a tenner and getting a fiver back when returned.

    any thoughts?
    thank you
    lauren.

When you do your parties, do you get the host to collect all the money and then drop the orders off to her and just consider them all nice bonus one off orders? Or do you deliver individually to each person with a view to developing them as long term customers?
    C5 £202 :); C6£541 :j; C7 £502; C8 £379; C9 £379

I think that sounds a neat idea. One of the things that puts me off doing the occasional one off party/fayre/etc is the time/hassle/money of considering what products to fork out for. Not sure how much I would be prepared to pay - I guess it depends on what was in the box. £20 deposit with £10 back sounds very reasonable to me.
