I've never used it myself, but I've sold a couple and never had any complaints - so could be a dodgy one you have, or an awkward customer! Could be worth getting a replacement to see if its just faulty.

Thanks, yes, that's what I thought too. As she's a new customer, I've told her to continue using it anyway and then I'll replace it. If the second one's the same then she gets her money back so win-win situation for her. On the back of that I thought I may pick up a nice new order but so far, despite three trips I've yet to get my book back either with or without an order! There's another rep's C4 book just lying there waiting to be picked up (we're on C8 now) - she obviously gave up bothering so maybe I've picked up a 'troublesome' customer....

Sorry didn't see this til it was quoted above ... I use the Anew foundation everyday and it always squirts out sparingly so I think your customer has just been unlucky and received a dodgy dispenser xx

Thanks; guess it all depends on how much you normally use as well. Did wonder if there was an air bubble in it somewhere (she says sometimes it doesn't spurt out at all but at other times too much comes out) but will see what the replacement's like. At £15 (even with a free concealer) am guessing she's worried about how expensive it'll work out so hopefully I'll re-assure thanks to Avon's returns policy! :T

I tend to put one order at a time, view descriptions, save, then put the next order on etc. Then when I've got them all on, I go to view order, and double check on there working my way through my order forms, works well if you keep the order forms in the order you entered them online.

Yes, that's what I do too but then I tend to print out my order and double-check I've got everything before submitting the order. Seeing it printed out sometimes helps to pinpoint certain things i.e. products that are cheaper ordered from the other campaign.

When inputting my very first order I tended to keep an eye on the product and no. of items in the top right hand corner too i.e. for re-assurance that the items were actually being added. Took me a while to figure out that 'View Order' logs the products in the order you have requested them but 'View Subtotal' then groups products together by type.

    Hi ladies,
Can anyone tell me what the Customer Loyalty pack (£10) contains? It says in HT that you have to see HT6 for more info, but I started Avon too late to get that issue xxxx

you get 20 loyalty cards a\nd 5 supercurlacious mascaras
    think it 4 black and 1 brown/black
also think there is a guide in the pack

Hi, I just wondered if anyone was planning on buy the organiser from the stationary range in HT? I bought one in my first campaign and in my most recent campaign acheived the level 2 incentive and part of the free gift was another folder! I was planning on returning it however I don't appear to be able to! So, if anyone was planning on getting one I have one going spare that's just going to be gathering dust!

Also, my ASM keeps emailing me and this campaign even added a note onto my invoice requesting details of my customers to check that I am canvassing ym territory otherwise she'll give it to someone else. Each time I have responded with my customer details and requesting more territory and the only reply I have recieved said that she can't give me any more territory as she needs to save it for new reps however do I know anyone that would like to become a rep. Surely the fact that I'm willing to cover more territory and there is some going spare shouldn't be a problem? Presumably Avon would rather the houses were covered than not whether by a new rep or an existing one?

I ise both my folders, keep book and HT and in my 2nd keep invoice customer orders and anything I have paid out for all for the taxman keeps it all in one place and any notes /reciepts etc

Looks like the mix of mascara's changes; I got two black and 3 brown/black.

how about the different thing you can use sss dry oil spray on?

I've done a double-sided A4 sheet i.e. it folds up into an A5 'brochure'. Can email it to you if you like? That's if you've time to print it off...
