CCLS - Consumer Credit Litigation solicitors - Burleys Solicitors CLOSED

Options
There was a thread yesterday but appears to have been removed. So I presume thats by virtue of the fact of who owns CCLS.

So keeping this purely to CCLS for information purposes for clients of theirs....

only reason that would happen is if someone complained about it.....

I have complained about lots of threads and posts in the past and it never happened. Its actually annoying cause it stated things from the net that is allowed for "other" companies including banks etc. You can only have "one" opinion that is tolerated on here about certain firms and that is a good one, anything else and its removed. I ask myself why??????????????????????????????????? Hardly what the site was set up for. I thought we were allowed "differences" of opinions.

Quite agree Marshallka. Wonder if it was deleted cause of past complaints. There has been past history here as we know.

Past history should have no regard to what has happened recently. That is what the posting was about, mostly recent events.

That was in the past. The thread related to a MOJ investigation. Its so annoying that they can pull the strings! It was hyped yesterday because of the solicitors closing. ANyway better be careful (again!!) or this one will be removed.

Some quotes from the BBC Article:

Cartel is the subject of a separate Ministry of Justice investigation.

CCLS worked almost exclusively for Cartel Client Review.

The legal work was farmed out to staff at CCLS which was run by just one solicitor, Richard Burley.

The regulator said the law firm had "tens of thousands" of customers files, "which just seem to have been put in boxes"

A Ministry of Justice spokesman said: "We are continuing to actively investigate Cartel."
