withdraw £999 fromm mine as keeping open accasionally get more points to put more money in has happened with egg and ing! Just ring them get the money transferred to your bank0 -

If they've given you the clubcard points I would close the account.

Got my Statement today. No 1000 points :mad:
Rang up tesco personal finance and got an apology, told their had been a 'glitch' and told it would be sorted.
I shall keep an eye on my balance.
Recomend all who signed up for this deal to double check that they got their points and if not then get on the blower (01413088028 is their Geo number(savings account/personal finance).0 -

Did you get the two lots of 1000 points on the same tesco card? My boyfriend and I also opened 2 accounts and we haven't had either of the sets of points unfortunately (despite receiving NOV's coupons today).
Does anyone know what number to ring and complain about the points on? I have this feeling from trying to moan about lack of points over something else that if you ring the clubcard helpline number they say you have to talk to the TPF lot and they send you round the houses.

I receved my clubcard stayement today ... we had opened 2 accounts ... no points showing!
Called Clubcard who bounced me on to TPF ... 0845 710 40 10 ... and they apologised and said the points would be on next statement ... not good that we have to chase ... although we are saving the points towards our holiday next year so not desperate to convert ... but think that Tesco are making this hard work!
Applied & deposited in good time ... and the accounts are still open ...
Also we have recently started a new Life I' Policy with them to take advantage of the £50 Gift Card offer ... their Terms state that if you find a cheaper quote within 3 months you get 1000 points ... I did this too ... and those points weren't added either ... apologies again ... but again it seems Tesco are promising points offers that they are ineffectual at keeping ...

As posted earlier, my mums clubcard statement shows an extra 3000 points, the only possible explanation in the savings account, which I still have, with plenty of $$$ in it.
However, this morning in pops a letter through the letterbox, informing me that the points have not been applied yet due to an error and that I should be seeing them applied to the clubcard number I have given them very soon!
am i just getting lucky or has anyone else received this type of letter?0 -
