Seems to have worked although it now looks like Benet and I have been talking to our imaginary friend.0

RIGHT SORRY FOR PREVIOUS POSTS, I HAVE EDITED THIS BUT IF YOU START AT BOTTOM YOU'LL GET A RUFF IDEA OF THE EMAILS.
Hi Jody,
Just a quick follow up email regarding the refund I've asked for.
Can you please get back to me and advise me on the situation.
Many thanks
Hi jody,
that is a totally unacceptable answer, i have contacted o2 myself and they have agreed to unlock it free of charge. Which I imagine you are aiming to do. I paid £38.99 and now you want me to pay £15.00
i would like a refund please, if not I will seek further advise from trading standards
many thanks
Hi
You need a PAYG sim card with £15 credit on.
We'll also need the date you last topped this sim up, how you topped up:
Please specify:.....
The amount you topped up......
Two numbers frequently called from this sim ......
2. What is the current mobile number on the o2 sim with £15 credit on?.......
3. Your name and email address ..........
4. First line of your home address ..........
5. Home Postcode ..........
6. IMEI number of the handset ..........
7. Precise model (eg First Gen, 3G, 3GS, how much memory) ..........
The details are then sent to Apple via itunes and our activation server. The phone once unlocked will then be classed as officially unlocked meaning you wont have to worry in future about locking your phone when you update in itunes
Hi Jody,
The handset is locked to o2, now if that is the case then i apologise but i have enclosed a reply i got from your technical team.
As you can see i was led to believe i'd have to wait for stage 2...
****HI, if you can not get the details of the previous owner then you will need to wait for stage 2 of the unlock to be out back online which should be this weekend*****

Hi
What network is your handset locked to - we CAN unlock 5.12.01 but it depends on the network (as it doesn't involve a baseband exploit).
Jody
Hello there,
I recently purchased your package for an iphone 3gs to unlock my phone, which you are advertising that you can unlock on 3.1.3 and 5.12.01..
Once purchased i thought great! i can finally unlock my phone to only find that the stage 2 unlocking process has been removed from the website! now it states on your bulletin that it was going to be back on the 20th to which it hasnt? i then got an email after sending a few emails trying to get my problem resolved saying that it would be back on hopefully by this weekend.
Im sorry, but i feel alittle scamed! i thought i was purchasing an unlock to find at present you cant unlock it and i'd have to wait for stage 2.
I tried ringing the support line from 10:00am till around 16:00pm on and off and it was constantly engaged when i did finally get through on a few occassions the line just rang and rang then cuts off.
Please could you refund my monies as so far my purchase hasn't helped in the slightest, if it was a £5 then i'd think.. hey never mind!! but its not its £38.99 now thats not cheap.
Many thanks0 -
Right sorry about previous posts, they seem to go out of sink... probably my poor cut and paste skills.0

give up pal. You paid to get the phone unlocked and it sounds as though it is now unlocked.0

It is, but its the principal.... you wouldn't buy a washing machine that didn't wash would you?? so why should i pay for a product they clearly advertised to find that they couldn't supply it......... i just feel a bit miss-led if they'd said on the product was currently unavailable i would never of brought it!!!
thanks for taking time to read posts though..0
