Can you not ring your bank and request a 'charge back' l think you may need for 14 dys to pass. Also send them a Recorded Delivery letter requesting money along with a gentle note to say that you will make enquires with their local trading standards to see if they have had any previous complaints regarding the company.
Borrow my glasses....
From OP: "O2 unlocked it for me free of charge so that's why I'm so concerned about getting my money back"0 -
I notice that you've missed the last part of my comment off the posting. I didn't realise this was a personal attack. It doesn't however take away the fact the company have sold a product that they were advertising and cannont provide it after taking the money!
I'm so glad that there are some genuine people on here that don't use it as an excuse to launch personal attacks.0 -
You state that they ignored the last email where you asked for a refund but others were answered. What was said during those first emails between you and the company then?
Did they offer you to email you the software because it wasn't on the website, or anything like that?0 -

It isn't a personal attack at all so don't start with all of that. To be fair, your full sentence was: "O2 unlocked it for me free of charge so that's why I'm so concerned about getting my money back, as well as the company taking the pi**" It still sounds to me that you have taken it upon yourself to get it done for free and are now trying to get back the money rather than require them to provide the service.
I suspect however that you are not telling the complete picture. What did the MD say? What did you say?
Pendulum raises some very good points which have a complete bearing on this.0 -
I would remove all of your identifying details if I were you - email, name, mobile number.....0

As equaliser123 says, I would strongly recommend removing so much contact information for yourself.0

Errrr.... You need to edit your post. And delete your email address and name!0

What's wrong? Don't keep posting the same thing.
Edit your posts, delete your name and contact details. It's not difficult.0 -
