complain straight to the md/chairman.help?

Can anyone help me, a few months back martin on gmtv gave out a few web sites that gives you direct contact information of md/chair wo/men of company`s so if your having major problems with customer services you can go straight to the top` as he put it. Can anyone help me as im trying to find someone high enough to hear and listen to my complaints with mitchels and butlers pub chain. I can`t remember the web site he gave away and not having much luck with google search. so if anyone knows the web site or similar i would be very grateful. Thanks.

thanks for your message, i`ve tried to look on here but come up against a stone wall, i don`t know what key words to search for. Have tries many different words to no avail.

Very big thanks joelleski, unfortunately mitchels and butler is not on the link page, so i`ll carry on looking for someone`s email high on the ladder for michels and butler/sizzling pub section, anyone reading and can help i`d be very grateful.

Generally speaking, if you can find one email address of someone (anyone!) at the company, you may be able to work out the email address of the Chief Exec once you have their name....

CEOs of public companies do not just have 'regular' addresses like other employees. Can you imagine how many 'trivial' emails the CEOs of big retail outlets will have pinging up on their Blackberries?

They quite often do, since it's trivially easy to set up email filtering. They have a white list for all internal emails, and for emails from big clients etc

Everything else goes into a separate inbox to be dealt with by a secretary or other member of staff.

Not those that I have dealt with.

In any event, I think it is beyond arrogant to try and go straight to the top in the vast majority of cases.
