Hi
Not sure if this is the correct forum, so do please move if needs be.
This is the link to a web site that lists the email contact details for the CEOs of most major UK companies and is a very good tool for using if you wish to complain. Instead of simply sending mail to Customer Services this way you get to the very top. It has worked very well on the occassions I have used it.

Don't actually expect the email to go to the CEO though.
It is also important to actually follow complaints procedures rather than trying to email a CEO directly.0 -
Yeh.
This will go straight to a secretary or someone who pre-screens the CEO's emails, and the secretary will bounce it straight back to the relevant department.
Why do so many people feel that their complaint is so important that the single person who runs the entire company must look at it? Trust me, you're one of many insignificant complaints that the CEO won't be interested in hearing about.0 -

Agreed. Can just imagine the CEO of Tesco stopping everything in his international role to investigate why a tin of baked beans was mispriced.0 -
I used this site years ago and emailed Sir Terry Leahy of Tescos and got refunded that day. The site is well documented on here and successes if you search the the link posted by the OP in the MSE search0

Unlikely, but it will get to his employees who will be desperate to stop it interrupting his day.0 -
