Don't give up Bunny - get Pepe to help you write a second letter, and see what happens. :grouphug:"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

I know exactly what you mean Claire. Housework is a thankless task! My house is so small that just leaving one thing out makes it look untidy. I sometimes wonder why I bother.OD [STRIKE] £2600 [/STRIKE] £0 :j Loan [STRIKE]£9500.00[/STRIKE] £0 :j Car [STRIKE]£3150[/STRIKE] £0 :j Moving Costs [STRIKE]£1300[/STRIKE] £0 :j Savings £1150 :j

They made me an offer already (to take £900 off my debt I still owe) but I said no way, want £2500 paid to me and now they have sent this letter.

bunny - that's a steaming pile of carp regarding your PPI claim. Keep at it.
Claire - I know what you mean. My parents use to leave stuff where my brother and I left it when we were younger. If we moaned aobut not having any clean clothes etc, they'd point out nothing was in the wash basket. We both soon learned our lesson.
I have to say, I dust every day in my little apartment - only in the bedroom though, as the black lampshades show up the dust big time!!!0 -
So they have admitted its misold by offering you £900....get the theiving gits.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

I agree with Sal, that if they offered £900, they must know you have a strong case.

Thats what I thought-in our place, if you dont uphold a complaint, you give jack shoite.
Why would they offer to take of £900 if there wasnt an issue??Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
LMC, my dad did that, he said anything not in the washing basket didn't get washed. So I left some handwash only trousers on the edge of the bed and he went and picked up everything including them. Oh how I enjoyed having the high ground then!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
